God is the main source of your life, strength, peace, love, joy, blessings and more! Why not seek Him and love Him with all of your heart! Distractions come and go. But I urge you to resist, stay strong, and endure to the end.
I read somewhere, along the lines of: It is not about living a life where you try your best not to sin. Instead, it is a life where your focus is on God to the point where His love for you will transform you and sin is no longer your focus.
God bless guys!
Before hitting the books…. (yepp! another long night!)
Grad School is no joke.
With that said…..
God is no joke.
Grad School- difficult, workload, time consuming, tiring, overwhelming ……. O________o
God- Faithful, peace, my strength, my refuge, ALWAYS WITH ME ………… =D
This season is tough…. BUT GOD ______________________
Get the point? Fill in the blank.
As I was reading many fb statuses of people going back to school, I couldn’t help but to think of how this year may look like for me. I’ll be working, studying for my masters in Special Ed (while living at home.. oh boy lol), still be part of the youth ministry in my church (woo-hoo!!), study some more, and oh yea did I mentioned studying some more? lol. Thinking about these things sometimes overwhelms me but one thing I always remind myself is that GOD IS FAITHFUL. He got me through the past 4 years of college, the many “storms” I faced and more. If I was able to persevere through those rough times WITH GOD then I can continue to do so in this next chapter of my life.
**Never forget that God is bigger than any struggle**
Remind yourself how far you have gotten. Keep going!
"Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be afraid, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. I will help you.I will hold on to you with My righteous right hand.” Isaiah 41:10
God bless you Tumblr friends! Its been months I haven’t been on here. Hope you all are doing well. Gonna be posting some stuff up soon.
”The best things in life are gifts from the One who steadfastly loves us (God). But an important question to ask ourselves is this: Are we in love with God or just His stuff?” - Francis Chan (Book: Crazy Love)
Think about it. Maybe your love for God is not true love that He yearns from you? God is relentless after you despite of your flaws, weaknesses and disobedience. Are you relentless after God Himself or after His hands?
**BTW I recommend you all to read this book. It has been an eye-opener.. big time!**
Doodling my thoughts…
